Key Responsibilities
Partner with a sales director and lead a team to grow market share
Define effective go-to-market strategies for the region
Hire, coach, develop, and retain top talent
Set expectations and guide behavior for technical wins
Interact with partners and customers for growth strategies
Cultivate internal and external partnerships
Coach the team on account and deal strategy
Required Qualifications
12+ years’ experience
At least 4 years’ experience as a people manager
Creativity and thought leadership
Ability to coach and support team members
Collaboration in a matrixed organization
Compelling industry and partner experience
Effectiveness in hiring and developing professionals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of the NetApp portfolio
Experience in the region of assignment
