Job Details:
• No call required during holidays with specific holiday schedule arrangements
• Every other weekend call at Memorial ONLY - Friday 4:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM • Fremont is the base location with possible floating to Flower and Perrysburg as needed • Work with patient age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics • Perform SRS, SBRT, IGRT, IMRT, Electron, and Conventional treatments • Adult outpatient work setting experience required • Experience with CBCT/kV/mV imaging required • Pre-treatment experience: CT Simulation, Tumor Localization, Custom molds, Custom shield • Use Eclipse (Varian) treatment planning systems • Specialty treatment experience: Electron Field, Respiratory Gating/Breath Hold for Left Breast, Stereotactic Radiosurgery • Experience with various cancers including Pancreatic, Testicular, Leukemia, Lymphomas, and Prostate Cancer • Linear Accelerator experience: Varian TrueBeam, TrueBeam Edge, Trilogy required • Documentation systems: ARIA and EPIC experience required • Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, Ohio State license • Minimum 1 year experience required • Unit accepts first-time travelers • Dress code: Dark gray scrubs • Local travelers within 50 miles not acceptedFacility:
