Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Behavior Technician and make a significant impact on K-12 students with autism and behavioral needs. You'll work closely with teachers to implement behavior plans, provide tailored support, and foster a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with autism and emotional/behavioral needs
Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support
Work closely with teachers and behavior specialists to create a supportive learning environment
Track and document behavioral data
Communicate with special education staff, behavior analysts, and families
Support students with daily routines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs
Experience providing personal care support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations
US Work Authorization
English proficiency
Passion for supporting students
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting children with autism or complex emotional needs
Experience in special education with moderate to severe behaviors
