Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient appointment and procedure scheduling
  • Reschedule patient appointments as needed using EMR and Scheduling System
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manager support
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Schedule procedures according to departmental availability
  • Maintain accurate scheduling information for departments

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to be cross trained
  • Ability to cover other offices if needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a medical front office position
  • Experience working with an electronic health record
  • Knowledge of OBGYN
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
