Key Responsibilities
Provide patient appointment and procedure scheduling
Reschedule patient appointments as needed using EMR and Scheduling System
Communicate effectively with patients and staff
Assist with staff scheduling and manager support
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Schedule procedures according to departmental availability
Maintain accurate scheduling information for departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to be cross trained
Ability to cover other offices if needed
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a medical front office position
Experience working with an electronic health record
Knowledge of OBGYN
Knowledge of medical terminology
