Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you'll be the face of the branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions. Your role involves building relationships, assisting with financial needs, and leveraging digital tools to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide trusted financial advice and solutions
Assist customers with financial needs such as spending and saving
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success with building relationships
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Compliance with the SAFE Act
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
