Position Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments. The PT evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs to improve mobility, restore function, and promote overall wellness. This role requires strong clinical reasoning, patient-centered care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License – in good standing, required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification from AHA or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred (new grads considered depending on facility).
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic, sports medicine, and neuromuscular PT techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Excellent communication, patient education, and documentation skills.
