Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you'll be the front-line support for clients in our outpatient clinics. This role is vital in ensuring clients receive compassionate care through effective communication and scheduling, all while working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, return, and screen calls/requests
Collect and scan documentation and co-pays
Check clients in/out as required
Schedule and confirm appointments for outpatient services
Document client interactions in the chart
Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms
Communicate with clients regarding appointment details
Perform data entry and routine office tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service
