Key Responsibilities
Support learners within the Nursing Professional Development framework
Collaborate with nursing leadership to foster competency management
Influence clinical nursing education and professional role development
Promote alignment of regional NPD and practice excellence
Manage onboarding/orientation of new colleagues
Required Qualifications
BSN required
Licensed Registered Nurse from the CT DPH
Minimum of 3 years of active clinical nursing experience
At least 1 year of experience in an acute care environment
BLS required
Preferred Qualifications
Enrolled in a Master’s program with degree completion within two years
One year of relevant teaching experience
NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire/transfer
Experience as a preceptor
