As the Director of Clinical Excellence – RN, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive infection prevention and control program, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a facility-wide infection prevention and control program
Establish systems for the prevention, identification, reporting, and control of infections
Oversee the facility’s antibiotic stewardship program
Conduct annual infection control risk assessments
Provide education on infection prevention and control to staff and residents
Required Qualifications
Certificate/diploma or degree in nursing
State requirements for relevant licensures or certifications
No disciplinary action against professional license
Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention
Preferred Qualifications
Specialized training in infection prevention and control through accredited continuing education
