Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Experience working with children and families
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
