Job Description

As Head of Strategic Solutions Marketing at Sanofi, you will leverage your strategic marketing expertise to create impactful customer solutions that enhance patient care and drive brand success. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect brand imperatives with customer insights
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals
  • Work with Integrated Account Team to improve patient care
  • Build and execute a roadmap for growth opportunities
  • Create executive-level content for customer accounts
  • Support brand planning with insights and market opportunities
  • Provide input on pricing and positioning decisions
  • Build relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Create a stakeholder strategy for best practice collaboration
  • Develop budgets to maximize profit contribution
  • Expand relationships with key opinion leaders and customers

Required Qualifications

  • BS in business administration or life sciences
  • 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
  • Ability to apply marketing and digital solutions
  • Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or masters
  • Experience with Integrated Health Systems and Payor organizations
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Exceptional business acumen and strategic agility
  • Diverse leadership experiences and capabilities
