Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer patient care treatment regimens
Assist patients and families in navigating services and programs
Provide personalized clinical care and advocacy
Participate in health screenings and patient education
Cultivate relationships with patients, families, and healthcare partners
Manage treatment regimens and collect data related to contacts and referrals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
California Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or equivalent certification
Current ONS chemotherapy administration card
Five or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Three or more years of experience in oncology nursing
Preferred Qualifications
