Job Description
As a Category Manager at Music & Arts, you'll lead customer-focused strategies to drive revenue, margin, and customer engagement. Collaborating with various teams, you'll manage vendor relationships and execute plans that enhance customer loyalty and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Know the Customer and build powerful category insights
Stay current on industry, vendor, and competitive news
Define and execute category strategies and plans
Achieve financial targets for revenue and margin
Manage assortments and inventory
Enhance Customer engagement
Own vendor relationships
Build merchandising standards
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Musical Instrument environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Intermediate understanding of marketing and promotions functions
