Key Responsibilities
Help participants grow, learn, and live well
Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Assist with personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
