Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products
  • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
  • Manage product/software inquiries
  • Interact with customers through video and audio tools
  • Document interactions for accurate record-keeping

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of paid tax experience
  • Active PTIN
  • Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using commercial tax preparation software
