This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 20414 N 27th Avenue, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ, 85027.
We offer 2 - 4 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST from Monday - Friday.
**Send and receive tasks to Provider offices to assist patient with access to medical care
+ expedite stat and at-risk referrals
+ Extreme high volume data entry
+ Process and resolve expedited patient complaints
+ Proactive response to inquiries from patients, Providers, and internal medical personnel

**High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
+ Must be 18 years of age OR older
+ 1+ years of experience with electronic medical record systems
+ 1+ years of experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
+ Experience with working in healthcare setting (Doctor's office, acute / long term care facilities, medical insurance company)
+ Ability to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

The hourly range for this role is $16.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
