Job Description
Join Wendy's as an Executive Assistant and play a vital role in supporting executive operations through diverse administrative tasks. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Creates and edits memos, letters, and minutes
Compiles and tabulates data for reports
Acts as a liaison between executive and staff members
Develops and manages executive's schedule and travel
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
Screens and responds to calls and emails
Researches information and conducts analyses
Prepares and reconciles budget reports
Plans meetings and special events
Required Qualifications
Minimum four years of administrative experience
Two years of experience with executive-level management
Excellent computer proficiencies including advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
