Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical expertise and education to nursing staff
Develop and implement orientation programs for nursing staff

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse license in Connecticut
BSN from an accredited University
Five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management
Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing
Basic certification in Education/Critical Care Nursing
