Position Overview:
MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Camp Wood TX. Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with communication, speech, and swallowing disorders in an SNF setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on communication techniques and strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress documentation.
• Provide therapy in accordance with facility policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an SLP in TX.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
