Job Description
Join BJ's Wholesale Club as an Entry Level Optical Specialist, where you'll dispense eyewear and provide exceptional service to members. You'll work in a collaborative environment, helping customers find the right optical products while ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Dispensing spectacles and optical products
Advising and assisting patients with lenses and frames
Verifying order data entry and prescriptions
Delivering excellent member service
Taking measurements and ensuring correct frame selection
Assisting Optical Manager with opening and closing procedures
Maintaining club policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Licensed to work as an optician within the State
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Open shift availability
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Experience in big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical
