Develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives
Administer and interpret diagnostic and prognostic tests
Confer with healthcare team members on Plan of Care Treatment
Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients
Review/expand retraining programs
Consult with vocational team members for plans
Report patient status and progress
Participate in care coordination and discharge planning
Design community reintegration activities
Recommend/design special adaptive equipment
Train staff and family members on retraining programs
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide
Required Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current and unrestricted OT licensure
Current CPR certification
Good organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience
Home Health experience
