Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season to assist clients in filing their taxes remotely. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home while enjoying comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer information in a responsible manner
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Ability to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
