Join Providence as an RN Quality Program Manager in Oncology, where you'll lead quality compliance efforts and enhance patient care through regulatory adherence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with FACT, CIBMTR, and other applicable agencies
Lead compliance audits and corrective action processes
Coordinate improvements in education, workflow, and analytics
Manage the Quality Calendar and perform associated audits
Participate in the design and communication of clinical quality data
Support quality and safety improvements at Swedish
Create project summaries and reports, lead project committees
Assist with onboarding of new team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Nursing; graduation from an accredited school
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
3 years Direct patient care
Experience with EHRs
Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures and order sets
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree Healthcare
1 year Experience in a supervisory role
