Join Lincoln Electric as a Maintenance Technician where you will play a vital role in repairing and maintaining production equipment. This position emphasizes safety and teamwork while supporting lean initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Complete weekly maintenance schedule
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Schedule repairs of equipment
Perform fabrication, pipe fitting, welding, brazing, and soldering
Operate material handling equipment, scissor lift, and manipulating man lift as needed
Work on team projects and Six Sigma projects
Correctly fill out work orders and time sheets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years related experience or training
Good troubleshooting skills in mechanical and pneumatic systems
Able to read and understand mechanical and pneumatic prints
Computer literate
Ability to operate material handling equipment, scissor lift, and manipulating man lift
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in welding, fabricating, and pipe fitting
Experience with Lean tools
Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints
Understanding ladder logic for relays and PLCs
Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs, SLC, Micro Logix, and Control Logix
Familiarity with Logix 500, Logix 5000, and RSLinx
Familiarity with operation of HMIs (touch screens)
Ability to install and set up AC & DC drives
Familiarity with NEC as it applies to Industrial applications
