The RN Medication Clinical position at Elliot Health Systems is a per diem nursing role focused on managing anticoagulation therapy for patients in various medication clinics. Responsibilities include patient assessment, dose adjustment, education, and collaboration with physicians to ensure safe and effective anticoagulation management. The role requires nursing licensure, relevant certification, and involves patient interaction, documentation, and continuity of care during therapy interruptions.
This is a per diem position with a need to cover at least4 hours a week on Tuesday plus any variable coverage needs. This position coverage for any of our Medication Clinics:Manchester, Londonderry and Raymond. Float.

About the Job
Performs duties in support of the Elliot Anticoagulation Management Program. Collaborates with physicians to provide cost effective, quality services to the patients requiring anticoagulation therapy.
What You’ll Do
Educational Needs
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Nurses hired after May 2015, must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher nursing degree or commit to achieving the degree within 5 years.
Experience: Cardiology and/or patient medication education preferred.
Certification/Licensure: New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License. Obtain BCLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. Certified in Anticoagulation Therapy Management or obtain within 180 days of hire. New hires without certification are required to take the closest available Anticoagulation Therapy Management course to their date of hire.
