Key Responsibilities
Administer skilled nursing care to patients in home or facility
Evaluate patients and create care plans
Communicate with patients, families, and care team
Be on call from Friday 5 PM to Monday 8 AM and during specified nights
Required Qualifications
Current state license as a registered nurse
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting
Preferred Qualifications
