Key Job Details – Med/Surg RN Travel Assignment

• Location: Lebanon, NH 03766 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Medical Surgical Unit (19 beds)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/16/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910-$2040
• Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5, possible 1:7 on nights
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs
• Non-billable Orientation: 8 hours

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience
• At least 6 months of previous travel nursing experience
• Active RN license in New Hampshire (NH RN license)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA required)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Tele/Progressive Care experience highly preferred
• Ability to work posted schedule without accommodations
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• "Local" travelers (within 50 miles) are not eligible
• Profile must include permanent address, work history, skills checklist (current to 1 year), 1 supervisory signed reference (from past 2 years), and license/certifications

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Develop and revise individualized patient care plans based on response and effectiveness
• Coordinate and supervise patient care within the healthcare team
• Organize and prioritize nursing job functions efficiently
• Utilize assessment data to identify patient care needs, including education and discharge planning
• Recognize and report abnormal assessment data, incorporating findings into care plans
• Accurately document all patient care activities, including wound assessment, teaching, progress toward goals, medication administration, and assessments
• Delegate tasks appropriately to healthcare team members
• Holiday coverage required: Must be available to work either Christmas Eve/Day and the following Friday/weekend, or New Year's Eve/Day and the following Friday/weekend
