Job Description
Join Intercare Therapy as an ABA Case Supervisor and make a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will lead clinical programs and support caregivers while enjoying a flexible schedule and numerous benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the onsite case supervisor and leader
Develop and oversee clinical programs
Supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs)
Provide education and training for client caregivers
Manage daily case management skills
Required Qualifications
Completed Master’s degree in relevant field
Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Time management skills
Interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
In progress with BCBA
Bilingual skills valued
