Physical Therapy-Home Care 

Location: Wellspan VNA Home Care (York and Adams counties)

Shift: 5x8s, M-F, 8am-4:30pm, 40 hours

Requirements:

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year
CERTIFICATIONS: PA license or compact license required
OASIS preferred

BLS(AHA)

Weekend requirement: Every 6th weekend rotation
