Key Responsibilities
Supervises planning, coordination, and delivery of patient care activities
Coordinates daily staffing and utilization of health care providers
Supports performance improvement programs and initiatives
Collaborates with hospital management personnel in problem solving
Participates in interviewing, selecting, training, and evaluating staff
Inspects the unit for compliance with policies and regulations
Promotes harmonious relationships among the health care team
Consults and serves as a resource to staff members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Washington Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital
Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
