Key Responsibilities
Assist and train Technicians as needed
Provide customer service to daily customers
Give feedback to the Service Manager on employee performance
Oversee parts distribution & inventory
Shop reporting, warranty recovery, unit tracking, payroll administration
Required Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Basic tools
Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
Routine preventative maintenance
Diagnostics and repairs
Advanced skilled level repairs
Minimum tool requirement
Valid Driver's License
Ability to meet Ryder's driving qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational or Technical Certification
Four (4) years or more relevant work experience
Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A
Six months supervisory or training experience
