Provide high-quality care to patients in the Stepdown/PCU unit
Monitor patients' telemetry and manage IV administration
Assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide safe and efficient patient care
Adhere to hospital policies and protocols for patient safety and quality
Ensure accurate documentation in the Cerner EMR system
Participate in on-call and holiday rotations as needed
Maintain appropriate communication with patients, families, and staff
Minimum Experience: 3+ years of recent Stepdown/PCU nursing experience
Certifications Required:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Skills Required:
Telemetry monitoring
Intermediate/Advanced FM (fetal monitoring)
IV starts
EMR Experience: Cerner
Scrubs: Royal Blue (not provided)
