Join Dash In as a Corporate Store Area Manager, responsible for overseeing store operations in Central Maryland. This role focuses on improving sales and team development while ensuring brand standards are met across multiple locations. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in food service or retail management, alongside strong leadership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Meet or exceed corporate stores' financial plans/goals
Develop Store Managers to become effective leaders
Review operational reports and complete monthly financial reviews
Ensure corporate policies are followed
Provide ongoing feedback to supervisors
Required Qualifications
5-years experience in Food Service, and/or Retail in a Store Manager or Multi-Unit Manager role
Experience managing and analyzing P&L statement
Proven experience with developing and leading a team
High School Diploma required
Retail Operational proficiency and business acumen
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Computer skills using Microsoft Office 365 software suite
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to coach, teach, develop
Excellent communication skills
Analytical capability
Attention to detail and follow up
Authorization to work in the U.S.
