Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator where you'll provide exceptional customer service and manage vehicle repair processes at over 650 locations. Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality collision repair services and making a positive impact on customers' experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repairs and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed about their vehicle status
Review data procedures with Body Technicians
Pre-close final repair orders and ensure paperwork is complete
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex)
