Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a lasting impact on K–12 special education students. You'll support teachers and help students thrive academically and behaviorally, all while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff by implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with special needs children
