Job Description
Join Spectrum Community Solutions as an Account Executive, where you will drive sales growth and secure contracts in multiple dwelling unit properties. Your expertise will directly contribute to our organization's revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by developing and executing innovative sales strategies
Build strong consultative client relationships
Negotiate complex sales agreements
Exceed quarterly revenue targets
Develop strategic sales presentations
Maximize product and service penetration in MDU properties
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Up to 1+ year(s) of strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Up to 1+ year(s) of experience navigating long sales cycles
Proven negotiation skills and contract proposal/review experience
Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and fiber-connected networks
Detail-oriented for accurate forecasting and tracking customer interactions
Effective communication skills via phone, email, and WebEx
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Self-motivation and efficiency within deadlines
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Automated reporting and analysis application
Recent experience negotiating long-term R.O.E agreements with MDU
Familiarity with the cable industry
