Key Responsibilities
Execute Acquisition 365, renewing and cross-selling BJ's Loyalty Programs.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns.
Promote BJ's value proposition and convert potential members.
Assist with merchandise returns and general customer inquiries.
Maintain club policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
