As the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Practice at Kaiser, you will lead efforts to ensure compliance and quality in ambulatory care services. You will design and implement strategies that improve patient care while managing outpatient departments and collaborating with a diverse team. This role is critical in setting high standards and achieving organizational goals in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Medical Group Administrative Team in understanding and interpreting standards for ambulatory clinical practice.
Design, implement, and improve systems for compliance and quality patient care.
Provide operations management for multiple outpatient departments.
Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation.
Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate patient care standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience in management of ambulatory care or other related clinical area.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse License (California)
Preferred Qualifications
Labor Management experience
ANCC Certification Ambulatory Care Nurse
Masters degree in health services administration, nursing, management, business administration OR two (2) years of experience in patient care/clinical services.
