Key Responsibilities
Support classroom teachers and assistant teachers
Provide a safe and healthy environment
Perform daily child care duties
Help in other classrooms as needed
Ensure compliance with legal requirements
Maintain confidentiality
Engage children in outdoor activities
Work cooperatively with other teaching professionals
Provide positive guidance and redirection
Required Qualifications
2 years of previous work history/education required
Knowledge of child development
Flexibility to care for children of all ages birth-5 years
Ability to maintain professional communication
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under stressful situations
Must communicate clearly in English
