Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer-focused strategies for category growth
Drive omnichannel customer engagement and loyalty
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate costs

Build and manage category plans and assortments

Required Qualifications
5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Musical Instrument environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Intermediate understanding of marketing and promotions functions
