Job Description
Intuit is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Tax Associate with at least 2 years of experience to assist customers in filing their tax returns using TurboTax products. This flexible contract position allows you to work from home while providing expert tax guidance and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their tax returns using TurboTax products
Provide expert tax guidance, return preparation, and calculations
Respond to product and software inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Research and utilize government resources to ensure accurate tax assistance
Maintain customer confidentiality while documenting interactions accurately
Engage with customers via our state-of-the-art video communication platform
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience filing 30+ individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Passionate about helping clients understand tax complexities and maximize their returns
Comfortable using video and audio tools to assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Must possess or obtain any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required
