Job Description
Join Medical City Dallas as an RN Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator and make a real impact in patient care. Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting fellow nurses and managing unit operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Participate in the ongoing assessment of patient care quality.
Collaborate with management to create a supportive team environment.
Engage in service recovery to support a patient-first philosophy.
Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient needs.
Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 60 months)
ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Provider (must be obtained within 60 days)
Associate Degree
