*Job Title:* Histology Technologist – Contract
*Location:* Atlanta, GA *Pay:* $1,500 – $1600 per week *Shift:* 3 shifts available *Contract Duration:* 13 weeks *Work Setting:* On-site – Hospital Laboratory

*What You’ll Do* * Prepare tissue specimens for microscopic examination using industry-standard techniques * Perform embedding, microtomy, staining (H&E, special stains), and cover slipping * Operate and maintain histology lab instruments and equipment * Ensure compliance with quality control and laboratory safety standards * Collaborate with pathologists and fellow lab personnel for accurate diagnostic output
*Requirements* * Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a life science or related field * Min 2 years of experience required within speciality (Pathology Laboratory) * *ASCP certification as HT or HTL* (Required) * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
*Certifications* * ASCP certification (HT or HTL) – Required
