Key Responsibilities
Administer prescribed medical treatments and medications
Assist with appointment scheduling and documentation
Act as a liaison between clients and external healthcare providers
Provide general nursing care and report adverse reactions
Respond to medical emergencies and perform necessary triage
Complete patient documentation as required
Required Qualifications
Active LPN nursing New York State license
Active CPR certification
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills
