Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking an eCommerce Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives, enhance customer retention, and optimize the online buying experience. This role involves managing the eCommerce program's daily operations, implementing new functionalities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day eCommerce program activities focused on revenue growth and customer retention
Support implementation of new eCommerce platform functionalities
Monitor eCommerce activity daily
Provide operational support to the Retail network
Update and maintain business process flows and training documentation
Identify business process improvements based on customer journey and competitive landscape
Recommend improvements for online experience
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize online buying experience
Leverage analytics and voice of customer research for improvements
Develop and maintain KPIs to measure performance and report results
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing or related field
At least 5 years of experience in developing and leading eCommerce programs
Understanding of content, design, and user interface for optimal user experience
Strong understanding of online marketing strategies
Fluent in development optimization techniques
Knowledge of eCommerce processes and best practices
Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
Proactive, flexible self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
