Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor and control construction activities to ensure compliance with schedule and budget
Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods
