Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preoperative preparations and patient assessments for surgical procedures.
- Provide postoperative care and monitor patients during recovery.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure procedures are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and surgical procedures.
- Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies.
- Assist with sterile techniques and instrumentation during surgeries.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
- Prior experience in an operating room or surgical setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures, sterile techniques, and patient monitoring.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a surgery center or outpatient setting.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
