Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the care of residents and patients
Work in partnership with residents, family members, and care team to plan and implement care
Delegate responsibilities to associate nurses and other care team members when not on duty
Required Qualifications
Nursing Degree
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
1 year of Nursing experience in a like population
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
1 year of previous charge nurse or primary nurse experience, including leading teams
1 year of Nursing experience in an environment that provides person-directed care
