  • Mentor and guide Store Specialists
  • Ensure store appearance and operations meet high standards
  • Analyze store performance and provide feedback
  • Provide exceptional customer support and education

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years in sales and customer service
  • Currently in an active Stores role with a minimum of 6 months experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic math skills
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the latest technology and devices
