Key Responsibilities
Engage and consult with business leaders to build talent solutions
Support and provide resources to senior leaders
Recommend solutions and support organizational change initiatives
Anticipate coworker risk assessments and own delivery
Collaborate on talent and organizational synergies
Participate in organizational design conversations
Evaluate needs with functional leaders
Identify and facilitate talent management strategies
Advise on succession and workforce planning
Build relationships with Centers of Excellence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in HR
Master’s degree and 3 years’ experience in HR
9 years’ experience in HR without a degree
Experience working closely alongside senior leaders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional navigation through conflict resolution
Demonstrated business acumen
Project management skills
Strong leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
